Don't let the exterior fool you, the interior is nice! An added bonus is that their AC was on full blast so you can enjoy your hot pot even though it's 109 degrees outside. The staff here are nice and attentive. The menu offers a lot of options. We enjoyed our meal. The AYCE includes drinks and ice cream. Yum!!

My very first review on yelp! Grand Hotpot deserves it. Came here on a hot Saturday afternoon, our group of 8 people were greeted right away by this nice lady. We were seated at a round table with two pots. She was so nice and professional. She patiently explained the process and got us started within minutes. We were allowed to order up to 20 something items for our first round. For $25.99, it's all you can eat and all you can drink. It's worth the price even just for the food, but with all those drinks? It's insane! I personally liked the honey glazed prawn and the chicken feet. Sooooo yummy! Lots of selections of meat, veggies, seafood and more. They even have 5 different flavors of ice cream. Loved the sesame the most! The decor was amazing as well. High ceilings. The place was kept clean. Even the restrooms looked nice and clean. AC was running well, we didn't feel a bit hot even though it was nearly triple digits outside. They have vip karaoke rooms that includes all you can eat and drink for $44 per person. Got to try that next time. Overall, we were so pleased with everything that was offered. Great service and great food. Definitely worth the price especially during lunch hours. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks Grand Hotpot for making this a better neighborhood.

Grand Hotpot Lounge shows up in my research today when I'm looking for a place for lunch. Another new AYCE hot pot restaurant? Sounds good to me. Incredibly, they have hot food cooked to order, and drinks are also included in the AYCE. I'm coming! The restaurant is open at noon. I was there five minutes before the restaurant was open. However, a couple of parties already signed in on the wait slips. I got my table as soon as they started to seat customers. I ordered the soup base, meats, vegetables, and hot appetizer dishes. The food comes to my table in just a few minutes, including the cooked-to-order hot appetizers. The hot appetizers are delicious. The meats and vegetables are very fresh too. But the soup base and the dipping sauce flavor are not rich enough. The good thing is they're not salty. I drink less water compared to other hot pot restaurants. But I hope they can add a little more robust, richer flavor. Many different drinks are available for self-serve and ice creams are very yummy too! I love this restaurant, and I'll be back very soon.

Great place to come with family and friends. The vibe is there with the right group. This is my go-to spot to come with large groups. Great service, food comes out really fast! Meats are tender, various vegetable options and they have a variety of broths to choose from. They have a private room where we can chill, sing and eat. They have great songs to choose from in many different languages. Came here to celebrate graduating from the masters program and they were so accommodating and nice!! We will definitely come back!! Our group of 16 fit comfortably in a large room where we sang and ate our hearts out!!

Honestly, I think this is going to be one of my new go-tos for entertaining large parties. I came with a group of 18 and we were placed in a private room that more than accommodated all of us. We did the hotpot/karaoke combo and it was a hit for everyone in our party. Our servers were attentive and refilled our sake quick when ever we would run out. The selection of meats, vegetables, seafood, and sauces were on point. The sauce, fruits, and rice are self serve so you can get as much or as little as you'd like. The portions are also huge! So be prepared to be full with every entree selection you choose. Definitely returning with different folks so they can experience how fun it could be to eat and sing at the same time.

Perfect place to take your friends or family. They greeted us so nicely and after we ordered, the food came out almost quickly! They don't skip out on anything whether it's the great food or amazing service. I came there multiple times already and will definitely come back for more!

We are celebrating my friend's birthday, party of 8 for all you can eat hot pot, all you can drink and karaoke for 43 dollars before tax. There were a-lot of options for hotpot and each order brought out large servings. The hot pot meat quality was pretty good, but what stood out was the appetizers and the dinner entrees like the honey walnut shrimp and the scallion pancake. The staff was attentive and refilled our sake and food orders quickly. Our friend even got a free meal since it was his birthday. We will be coming back again

New AYCE hotpot!!! I came here because their happy hour deal is super worth it. From 9pm to closing they have ayce for $25 which is an amazing price for the area. They had so many options of protein, noodles, veggies and appetizers. They also had unlimited drinks and ice cream which was super amazing! They also have a large self serve sauce bar which was nice. We ordered tons of appetizers which were surprisingly very good quality. We loved the green onion pancake and the honey walnut shrimp especially. They have so many delicious sodas and drinks that I ended up drinking 3 cans of juice! The spicy miso broth was delicious and I loved the meats. The place is huge and has plenty of seating and they also have private rooms. The place is well decorated and gives fancy vibes. The service was decently quick and the workers were very nice and checked up on us. Definitely will come again!
